Hello!
I want your home improvement business! As your neighbor and a homeowner, I have a vested interest in maintaining and increasing property values in our local communities. If your property value increases, so does your neighbor’s. If you do not maintain, update, or otherwise beautify your property, my property and your neighbor’s property value diminishes, so I want to help you help us.
Homes need new paint. Decks begin deteriorating and need significant refurbishment or replacement. Hot water heaters begin reaching their end of life expectancy. My business is capable of resolving all of these issues and much more. In fact, I am equipped to handle most home projects except for foundation repair, landscaping, and HVAC.
I own a full-service remodeler and handyman business and believe in quality materials and workmanship at a fair price. I’m not cheap but I believe in free enterprise which means I want to be competitive. Under certain circumstances, I will meet or beat competitor pricing. I do not hire college students on summer break to do tasks which require skill and experience. You shouldn’t either.
Even if you’re a Do-It-Yourself homeowner, you can benefit from my range of services. I offer DIY consulting, which means I’ll come out to your home and discuss your project to ensure you’re doing it correctly and within local building codes. This service is designed to save you from costly long-term errors and bad ideas. It can be customized to fit within your budget, schedule, and skill-level. Additionally, I can do the tough work and I can teach you to do the phases for which a homeowner is qualified and equipped.

I hate it when contractors do this, but you don’t know me so I’m going to tell you something about myself to make you more comfortable. I’ve lived in KC for the past 3 1/2 years. We bought a local rehab home in July of 2006 and are in the process of fixing it up. We’re a Christian family and attend a Lee’s Summit church regularly. I’m a Desert Storm veteran, having served 5 years in the USMC. I’ve been a small-business owner for nearly 15 years, so I understand serving people and the dynamics associated with home-ownership and the stresses of remodeling. I’m going to treat you with respect and provide you with the highest level of service I am capable of providing.
